Dentist and active oral health advocate

Gavin has been working as a dentist in Hobart since graduating from The University of Adelaide. He is an active oral health advocate and is passionate about volunteering. He currently serves as the Secretary of the Australian Dental Association Tasmania and as Co-Chair of the Oral Health Promotion Committee.

Gavin's curiosity led him to question why marginalised, homeless and at-risk individuals had significantly poorer oral health outcomes, and how curiosity can lead to giving back to your community.
